AASI(so-called Ancient Ancestral South Indians) are not really similar to Sub-Saharan Africans as far as I know, AASI can be said Australoids since Australoid genes are just AASI genes

South Asians do have ancient Iranian genetics. But I wouldn't deny being called Iranian if someone called me that, but that'd be misleading since I am Pakistani and not Iranian. Not to mention, ask any Iranian and they will tell you that we are different. We do have some of the same ancestors, I think. After all, Indo-Aryan and Indo-Iranian is basically the same thing, because "Aryan" means "Iranian."

I read somewhere the Australoid theory was disproven or something, I dunno. It was fairly recent. Or it was about South Asians not being related to the Andaman Islanders, I have no clue.
