Hello guys, I might as well ask about this here, since no dermatologist has been able to help me so far.
My eye area is awfully dark and almost looks like it's bruised / some kind of inflammation
Here I'm pulling my skin to show that the skin is dark, it's not a lack of undereye support or anything like that. It's the actual skin.
Obviously it's around my other eye as well, the corner near my nose is especially visible in this one

I've been to many dermatologists, the most recent one said it's a thicker, drier part of my skin, and obviously recommended me a skin product from a brand she's affiliated with
Anyone here got any idea what it could be? Any fixes?
So, during my teen years, I've had awful atopic eczema, which made my skin super flakey, dry, red and itchy.
I was prescribed an infinite amount of pills, creams and topical corticosteroids. The steroids were basically the only thing which helped, most of the other stuff was useless.
After finishing school, I'm currently taking a gap year, and (from my observation) once I stopped stressing and I stopped going outside (social anxiety) all of my eczema disappeared. No more dry skin, no more itching, it's literally all gone.
I have pollen allergies, dust mite allergy, dog/cat hair allergies.
