Info on Amiloride and Hydrochlorothiazide?

Looking to see what the consensus is on these compounds, specifically relating to bloating. Also wondering if they would be particularly effective on a trt cycle, due to androgens bonding to the distal convoluted tubules in the kidneys. Not sure if thats how the chem works, wanting to find sources

personally i would run hctz with amiloride off cycle but when cycling take epleronone to negate aldosterone buildup, i guess you can take it alongside hctz but i wouldnt really want to worry about the electrolyte overlap between the two, from what ive seen hctz + amiloride is generally safer than hctz + eplerenone
