No, SLU-PP-332 does not increase estrogen levels.

Key clarification:

  • SLU-PP-332 activates estrogen-related receptors (ERRs) — especially ERRα — which are not actually activated by estrogen itself.
  • These receptors are called "estrogen-related" because of their structural similarity to estrogen receptors, but:
    • ❌ They do not bind estrogen
    • ❌ They do not regulate estrogen production
    • ✅ They regulate energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, and muscle performance

What it does:

  • Mimics the effects of exercise at the cellular level
  • Increases mitochondrial biogenesis
  • Enhances fat oxidation and endurance

What it doesn't do:

  • ❌ Doesn't raise estrogen levels
  • ❌ Doesn't affect the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis
  • ❌ Doesn't act like a phytoestrogen or estrogenic compound
So, you don’t need to worry about estrogenic side effects (like gynecomastia, fat gain, or libido issues) with SLU-PP-332 — at least not based on current data from animal studies. Still, because it's experimental, long-term human effects are unknown.

I'm starting a 500mcg a day for 30days cycle of SLU-PP-332. If i see anything noticeable that goes along the lines of the rodent studies, i will heavily invest into it.
