Why aren’t these types of implants more common? Is it simply an issue of price?

Both implants are permanent and because of their porous nature allow bone growth into the implant so over time the implant will become partially bone.

An implant like this would mog traditional implants in areas like jaw mass, gonial angle augmentation and underye and zygo projection

Is there cases of HA implants being used for facial augmentation?

Yeah it seems to be bad for areas that require sharp angles, seems good for possible midface/browridge augmentation
