Like me, a lot of you on here are autists.
I've never informed any of my dates or sex partners of my ASD.
My counselor thinks I should. Here's what my counselor had to say:
"If you ever get another girlfriend, she's going to notice you missing cues no matter what. Would you rather have her think you're missing the cues on purpose? Or would you rather have her know you're missing the cues because you're autistic?"
What my counselor said has some merit. Still, I wouldn't inform a romantic interest, mainly because I'd have no control over how far the romantic interest spread the news. I'd be humiliated if she shared the news with anyone.
