People still get them so yeah from a general point of view it is worth it if you need it, never heard any strong opinions against it.
You will need to get fat grafting either way after infras to perfect it.
How severe is your case? Everything depends on your base.

implants are a meme especially in midface , fillers and fat grafting teramog for eye area , if you really need it and accept botch risk you can add cantho that's it.
