Infraorbital fat grafting implications

Is there any long term things that I will have to deal with if I get infraorbital fat grafting? I see some people saying the fat could move in 5-10 years and will have to get it rebalanced while others say it will last for lifetime so just curious what are some things I would have to worry about short term and long term?

It has no long term complications, except if you get assyemtry, lumps or some weird infection. But nothing you wont see after 3-6 months. Then ofc its normal fat so natural aging will happen
