Received designs after my consultation and have been advised to only correct slight infraorbital recession, while not touching lateral zygos at risk of descending.

Apparently, my zygos are already projected enough, but clearly I am not "chiseled" or model look, albeit not subhuman.

Should I proceed with this conservative approach and just pursue implants in order to correct infras? Or should one risk botching in order to try to ascend to chiseled CL status?

Also, won't adding forward projected to infra orbitals reduce the apparent size of my lateral cheekbones, thus making face less masculine?

impossible without pics. pm me if you want.

Get a 50 mm pic of your face (like your ID), calculate bizygomatic to bigonial width, your bigonial should fall in the ideal range. If it doesn’t, assess if your masseters are too big (get masseter Botox). Otherwise get laterally projected zygo implants. Keep in mind zygo implants can fuck up your ESR!
