I'm considering taban or yaremchuk. As far as I know they only do silicone. Will that cause any problems long term? Any idea on prices or other surgeons?

No one does implants near me. The surgeon I saw recommended canthopexy and fillers for like 6k. I don't think that will solve the problem tbh. My parents eye area descended pretty bad with age

infra implants should automatically fix ur canthal tilt

canthoplasty is not a good idea if you value your life for more than 10 years

cause the surgery fails brutally after that time, and makes them worse than they would otherwise have been if you were aging normally and never had the surgery, it's mainly just a surgery for old people to get their young eyes back, I suggest you look into canthopexy and lower eyelid retraction instead

true, the surgeon i saw recommended canthopexy. Although he said its not even necessary. Im just thinking I may as well get it done at the same time

Only if they’re saddled
Any point getting canthopexy if you get customed saddled infra implants?
I have NCT + recessed rims

Get the implants first and then decide if you still need canthopexy. My philosophy towards surgery is always fix structural issues first before touching soft tissue

I heard if your recessed and eyes are thin lacking fat? Implants may not be enough. I think saddled infra 1st. Then Canthopexy + Fat grafting might be a option if my eyes are still bad

Yeah, I don’t need any cantho since my eyes are already positive/neutral but after saddled implants I’m eventually getting a fat graft

as i heard nct is more so from muscles, soft tissues around eye rather than bone,

Don’t let yaremchuck touch your face. That old fuck was shaking on our facetime calls. He also has SEVERAL recent botched patients complaining on forums, boards and social media. He’s no longer competent

Slightly tbh
It depends on how bad your base is. It should fix slight NCT but if your eyes are comically bad you need to fix the soft tissue as well

Source?

I was planning on getting implants from him, he seemed better than eppley

This guy got Cantho + Lower Eyelid retraction with no implants

Meanwhile the misc guy got saddled infra implants and still has NCT soft-tissue issues

Can you reoperate if your canthoplasty does not hold up after a decade. If so doesn't seem like a terrible deal to me.

I think plasty destroys the eyes structure and doesn't hold up well after some years. Pexy keeps the og structure and can be done multiple times

Didn't cosmic mention he had multiple multiple canthoplasties. I heard canthopexies are cope and don't last long

Scarring is slightly overstated. You can always release scar tissue in the lower lids, and stacking spacer grafts (i.e. one graft scars down, releasing its scar, placing another graft on top of it) is emerging as the most viable strategy according to the latest studies. When it comes to canthos, extra scar tissue may help to keep the canthus in place, though it does make webbing a bit more likely (less sharp/pointy canthuses).

Yeah Canthopexies don't last as long Plasties, but Canthopexies can be redone

Also saddled infra implant should be able to give some lifespan to a Cantho

Which would you do then?

Idk tbh each have there pros and cons eye surgeries all seem to be difficult to get right and quite the easiest to botch.

I haven't seen your eyes but you probably have Neutral tilt with sclera show? If I remember? Lower eyelid retraction fs

I'm focused on fixing bones rn via Trimax + implants once I fix bones then I will see what soft tissue work needs done

I unfortunately have real NCT but the real problem is probably worse then soft-tissue I probably have downturned Incel orbits :feelswhy:
