Taban will give me this; I was wondering what would happen if I get punched in the face. What would happen to my implant?

Ask him or google it. How durable the implant is depends on the material you use. Some are stronger than human bone, some are weaker.

The thing is not the durability of the implant, but the screws. Imagine a punch on the face shaking your screws anchored deep in your bone. Awful.
