Infraorbital rim implant vs malar

Hello. What’s the difference between these two? I understand malar gives you more cheek volume as well as doing what an infraorbital rim implant does. If this is true, why would anybody go for the rim implant considering most people who need rim implants have shit cheekbone volume? Would the malar look uncanny or bogandoff in any way?

would you say rim implants with taban would be superior to malar implants with eppley? I understand its a person by person basis but would it help me avoid looking like a fag/bogandoff

solo Malar implant wont fix your orbital reccesion | infraorbital implant wont fix your cheekbones

if you have shit cheekbones and shit infras. you need both infra and malar implant

I see. Do you know why taban doesn't offer this then? My cheekbones aren't bad but I guess they could be better however Taban's custom rim implants look superior.

Taban is more eye oriented surgeon
he do infraorbital implants bc it affect eyes
can even fix nct with some additional procedures

Iirc correctly someone was saying Taban can do malar augmentation as well alongside the regular infraorbitals

ngl average recessed guy needs to also opt for vertical augmentation and lateral orbital rim augmentations in custom infraobital-malar implants.

you can do these and look good, trust.
