I remember reading about a post on some surgery forum that explained it well.

If you have bone deficiency in infraorbital rim, upper midface etc aee recessed then the eye socket itself lacks forward support so the skin drapes inward and creates a hollow tired look this is the most common in young people which needs implants While for oldcels the hollowing happens because of fat pads shrinking and skin thinning. In this case the bone is already doing its job. The problem is loss of soft tissue, not structure for this fat grafting is best.

Get implants they are better imo. Fat grafts only fixes minor hollows. If you are bitch fillers can also work but under eye is a sensitive region.

Fillers are dangerous in the under eye and don’t work I got a consult a year before getting infras and they wouldn’t even do it

Sometimes if you do a very heavy cut, you can lose that fat pad support when you’re young as well. That’s another case

my question to you is, isn't it bad for the soft skin in the undereye area? or at least that is what i have heard some people say.

also very nice video described everything perfectly definitely keep making more, maybe on different implants around the face?
