Thoughts on Infraorbital Rim Implants. I have seen the before and after and the transformation are crazy. But I don't think it's worth it it's high risk. I believe I can pretty much ascend every other part of my face because my ratios are decent and I taking hgh for bone growth (+ smashing) with a bunch of other bone growth things. I can't really do that to my eye area tho.

There is no need for an implant; fat grafts will be both more economical and look better.

You mentioned something about your medial canthus in another thread. If you have a scalar appearance, maybe your medial canthus is looking bad because of your lower eye support.

I want to look aspie and I am getting malar implants anyways, I want a perma squint.

fat graft isn't always enough, especially after lefort 1

It varies from person to person, but Lefort 1 already corrects the lower eyelid support to a certain level. I think lower eyelid surgery after Lefort 1 would be sufficient.
