Infraorbital rim implants

So I’ve been getting told that I need infra orbital rim implants. I’m going to call dr taban in LA tomorrow but I want to know thoughts of posters here. I’m not sure what the price is but what should I know about them and does it seem like I need them for sure? Pics below
PS I’m planning on a jaw surgery so the actual operation wouldn’t happen till that’s done. In the case it doesn’t happen though would the implants still be worth it to help my mid face and eye area.

Yeah it’s risky business to evaluate the face when you aren’t lean anyway, but just a simple look at your side profile shows a positive orbital vector, the poor under eye support comments are coming from the front of your face, probably because of the negative can that tilt

What is considered upper maxilla? I've got a plan already laid out to have a MMA maxilla mandible advancement.

It just means he can’t infraorbital implant his way out of it but you can probably MSE and lefort high cut or similar out of it. Also if there were fillers done in the right places it could be disguised tbh, like at the cheekbones and mandible.

No, positive orbital vector. As in your eyes are deepest relative to the infraorbital rim. Canthal tilt is having the lateral canthus higher than the medial csnthus

I mentioned already that it's a maxillary mandibular advancement. So he is moving my jaw forward as well.

The truth hurts: you cant. Best you can do is compensate by projecting the lower maxilla — which has high risk low reward.

Mse wont make NCT into PCT. It doesnt displace the latorbitals nearly enough.

While he cant fix his NCT, he can do other things that will create the illusion of a neutral tilt:

wider, fuller mouth + rhinoplasty + more positively tilted eyebrows.

You could risk bimax but know that the possibility of it descending you is there. Your ogee curve will leave.

The amount of surgery you would need would ultimately defeat the purpose. If i were you id focus on SMVmaxxing/ softmaxxing up to 4.75

It would be customly designed to fix the harmony your bimax would rid you of. Tbh it depends on surgeon. If u have morphs of bimax that would help

oh this Plastic surgeon i spoke to was saying she could do fillers for me. Would i be better or in anyway served with zygos fillers or just a bunch of build on for my jaw and chin?
