How do I fix and flat infra orbital bone. I don’t actually know if it is flat but it ruins my whole face and makes my eyes look bulgy, I’ve been micro needling hylauronic acid (idk if irl do shit) on my under eyes. Apart from using concealer how can I fraud or gain fat there?

u can fraud with filler, fat grafts, or implants. also heard volufiline works but ive never actually seen good results, but u cant change ur infras without surgery
