I abused too much gaba agent substances and now have a brick wall of tolerance to the point of alcohol giving me nothing but coordination loss

Is it a common issue or do I just have impulse control problems?

Regardless I consider psychedelics a way better option for practical inhib lowering still

For SOME people having a relatively high dosage of psychedelic substances in a steady environment (not in a partying way) results in a mostly non recreational therapeutic trip which leads to a significant decrease of inhib for up to several months

tho the problem is you cant predict the trip outcome precisely and its undesirable for people who are not spiritial and just want to slay at a party/club once a week or so
