First time injecting fat dissolvers in my face. If the picture looks sketchy it's because I rented a shitty motel, can't do that shit at my house. Don't worry, I wiped everything off with alcohol beforehand.

I used lipo lab on three areas: cheeks, chin, and lower stomach. I used about 10ml total. 2.4ml on the face, 2.6ml under the chin, and 5ml on my lower stomach.

For my cheeks, I followed this diagram from @Orc . Big thanks to him because his posts are how I found out about this DIY procedure in the first place.
1749967874540

I drew a 3 by 4 grid on my cheek with an eyebrow marker. I did 0.1 ml injections spaced about a centimeter apart, which amounted to 12 injections per cheek.

For my chin area, the eyebrow marker I stole from my mom ran out of ink so I just rawdogged the injection sites, trying to inject evenly. I did 13 injections of .2ml.

For my lower stomach, I did 25 injections of .2ml spaced 2cm apart around my belly button area. Im around 15% body fat and have shit fat distribution so I have a 4 pack and visible obliques but my lower two abs are covered by fat.

62 injections total, all done with a 8mm insulin needle. I only went down about halfway with the needle. I also tried doing 45 degree angles but that led to more bleeding.

Anyway thats it, I'll update in about a week if I see any changes.

why would you even do it yourself. JFL at this fentanyl drug addicted vibe picture.

I just did 4 ml on my cheeks but i did it on medical professional(like a cosmetologists who inject fillers/botox/lypos) JFL for like 58 dollars including price of LypoLab, i live in asia/eastern europe so it may be more pricy in west.

To save money bro, and have the freedom to do it wherever on my body I want. You spent 58 bucks but I'm assuming that's only one session? Usually people need multiple sessions to actually see results. Say you do 3 sessions, thats already over $150. Also I'm surprised they did your cheeks at a legit clinic because the only area approved by the FDA is under the chin, but ig idk the laws in your country.

I forgot to mention btw that I did it on my chest too (for gyno) so that's four areas total (cheeks, chin, stomach, chest), I would probably be charged a lot for that at a clinic. All in all I spent less than $30.

Oh shit. Got the idea from @Orc tho, and it worked for him.

He stated that he has pseudogyno which I guess is different, but my gyno looks similar (just a small lump under the nip) to his, so hopefully I can get similar results. Maybe Im coping tho hahaha

I want to do this but afraid of hitting a vein. Even with the diagram i feel like i could inject into the wrong spot. Did you just draw the injection points according to the diagram or had a certain technique to be certain youre safe?

Everyone's veins and nerves are located differently so you can't follow a diagram to dodge them. The diagram is just for specifying which parts of your face you want to reduce fat in.

Also, the biggest risk isnt hitting a vein, its hitting a nerve. If you get unlucky and dissolve a nerve you can get temporary (and sometimes permanent?) paralysis in a part of your face. If you hit a vein, all that happens is bruising afaik.

How to avoid:
- Don't go too deep or use too much. Use no more than .2ml per injection, with injections spaced at least 1cm apart. Most people recommend using just .1ml per injection on the face. Also, I used a 5mm needle. You should only inject about 3-5mm deep, so I only put the needle about halfway in. DO NOT use something like a 8 or 12mm needle and stick it all the way in.
- Pinch your skin. If you pinch the spot you are injecting, you are less likely to inject past the subcutaneous layer and hit an important nerve.

If you follow those two steps, the risks are pretty low (as long as you disinfect properly). If you're high inhib then just inject under the chin as there is little to no risk of nerve damage there afaik.

Thanks, will do if I have hollow cheeks after a few sessions. If not, I'll make a post whining about how this is cope and instead just carve out my buccal pads with a rusty pair of scissors.

I don't think there's a big risk of going blind. I haven't seen of any officially recorded cases of that. I have heard about eye-related mishaps due to dissolvers on org but from what I remember it was due to them injecting too high and too much (the person injected a lot in their nose). If you stick to the cheeks and stay under the zygos, you should be fine (aside from nerve and infection risks).

As for results, they've been small so far. I'll do a few more sessions then make a post and tag everyone commenting in this thread.

I've read many posts of users who've tried it. Everyone seems to have the same small results or none, I dont think its worth the risks then. Aw man :feelswah: dont forget to tag me tho
