Injection volume (in this case HGH) differs on effects ?

Had as sudden question about hgh intake
I usually take around 0.5ml for X amount of hgh

is there a significant difference between taking for exemple
3iu hgh in 0.3mL
3iu hgh in 0.6mL

In fact is there a "prefect" injection volume ?
In terms of absorption, bioviability ...
