Inquiry my about face shape

My face seems to be quite round, I am 16 and around 20 percent body fat, Do you think I have the bone structure to not have a round face? (Also I know I have quite bad acne it’s due to being on epiduo cream so i’m purging) if you have any input or tips on how to improve i would appreciate it too thanks.
