No. Those lips are ideal on the face to the right. In order to pull off having lips like that, your entire face structure has to be good. Those lips on his before, or on any 3-4 psl, people would call it a failo, saying that they are way too big. I have seen posts where subhumans who had a bit smaller lips than that, were told by everyone that the lips were an issue.
