when i get scared of something that could fuck me up for life i get an insane sensation of shock.

its hard to describe but kinda like getting dipped deep in water. pressure gets high i cant breath i start getting shaky etc. this lasts for as long as the issue is resolved but its so intense and it effects me for 1-2 hours.

when getting confronted with things by people like if i did something wrong. I never get this feeling irl tho only online.

An example I can give is that I missed an incredibly important exam that if I didnt take I would fail all of hs and have to repeat from scratch. I saw it in an email and the panic that filled my body was insane. thankfully I managed to fix the issue
