It reads;

"Iridology is real. You can get a good understanding of someone's health by looking at their iris, and how it changes over time. Aajonus claimed his eyes were brown as a kid, and they turned back to their natural blue color through diet."

Aajonus Vonderplanitz ate rotten meat, raw meat, raw dairy, etc.

If this picture is real, this is actually insane.

I don't think cholesterol has much to do with it.

I think it's more about the toxins in your body.

I don't think cholesterol has much to do with it.

I think it's more about the toxins in your body.

I don't want to call this bullshit but it likely is. Although I know one celebrity case, it's Marie Laforet, her eyes seem to appear lighter when she is older, although it may be just camera or lighting factors, or what the Dr. says.

But it's curious. You can look up more pictures of her.

Entirely different lighting conditions. She already visibly has light eyes in the before, and in the after it looks as though there's a huge flashlight pointed at her (and her eyes are wide open).
Really, if this stuff consistently lightened eyes with little to no risk, it'd be everywhere. It'd be everywhere. It doesn't make any sense for diet to revert one's brown eyes to 'natural' blue. What would be the mechanism of action?
