Insecure about nose

I'm on accutane and im using hydrocortisone; my nose has shrunk a lot but i'm still insecure about the shape, like I really want a snub looking nose and I hate how I have a dorsa that kind of prevents it. Can someone please help me?

Rhinoplasty if you're 18+
Use tapes and clips to slightly reshape it until then, only temporary tho
