insecurity with acne

I’m currently on accutane rn on month 5, and still look like a pizza face with bumps everywhere. I’m really hoping by month 8 I’m seeing 90 percent clear skin. This drives me insane, I’ve never been more insecure, feels like a punishment going to school tbh.

Yes I have and it’s gotten better I’m not gonna sugarcoat that, but I genuinely still get pimples and bumps+ I have redness.

It’s not severe it’s mainly flat redness but yesterday randomly I got a bump on one of my pimples that were red, and i hope it doesn’t raise to a pimple. Overall just redness everywhere tbh

Yeah I’ll definitely try asking my derm and seeing his response. He’s been open to moving me higher so it won’t be to hard. I’m hoping in these next few months I get at least mostly clear skin.
