I used to believe that the Past and Future were not real; that they were merely abstract notions within the Present. Now I believe that the Past and Future are as real as the Present. The Past is not gone, the energy has escaped it. That energy has moved to the Present. This energy has yet to touch the Future.

The Present we can both perceive and change. The Past we can perceive but not change. The Future we can change but not perceive. We have choice in how we create change. The reason for this is in the principles of energy. Energy has to cause change, but not in any particular way. We are a part of this energy, and therefore a part of its function in causing change. The Past is never gone. Such a notion is an illusion created when it is forgotten. So do not forget the Past, but rather create the Present in a way that you would like to exist continually.
