Of course, I wear 1/2 inch lifts in my Nike running shoes. They're comfortable and give me a noticeable boost but not enough for friends to ever call me out on.

I got these ones, not sure if they're available wherever you are. I tried a bunch of different 'subtle' lifts and these were by far the most comfortable.
