I have had insomnia for years now. No i dont have anxiety / depression. Have tried melatonin 2.5mg up to 20mg to no avail lol. Willing to try literally anything to get good consistant sleep. Pls help.

Lol yeah get out of bed every day with sore eyes dizzy weak, cold and hot at same time, no energy no social energy this shit is awful feels like i have been cursed. Not to mention height gains + gym gains that i have likely missed out on, awful undereyes

i sleep within 5 minutes btw. sometimes it goes bad and there goes 10

Yes im serious ive had it for years and melatonin doesnt work.
 
keep phone at
lowest brightness
max reduced white point
night shift
and take melatonin (if you abuse it every night it will only make it worse)

Stop drink caffeine and get any pills that make you asleep
Sleep when you tired
Be patient until your body returns to normal after all the damage from the pills

btw just looking at a screen in general will fuck up your sleep. i also recommend making your room as dark as possible and having a fan for white noise and temperature control

ok, one question, how many hours of sleep do you average per week
probably like 3hrs a night where im actually asleep, once in a while i will sleep like 7hrs but there is 0 rhyme of reason as to why that sometimes happens.
 
And what time do you usually have your last meal,
as in how many hours before you go to sleep
8 at the latest will be the time of my last meal, going to sleep at 11 every night. takes me 1-2 hrs at least to go to sleep. Cant remember 1 single time in the past few years where it has taken me less than that

Bro, I know the solution to all your problems, are you ready? According to my research, releasing your sperm consistently meaning 3-4 times a day will SIGNIFICANTLY improve your ability to fall asleep quicker!
 
try buying dsip - delta sleep inducing peptide. should fix it

was looking into that earlier jflll have u tried it?
yeah i used it for height before :ROFLMAO:. made me fall asleep easier, faster, and overall higher quality sleep

im not the best out there to give advice on insomnia since i have it but here is my advice pick a time between 10-11 pm where you will go to bed and do this religiously dont go late to bed dont drink cola, pepsi,coffee before bed maybe to a little workout or get a hot shower
