all right, but what if direct insulin?

i already have some insulin supply with me already, and i need to know if it will really just fuck me up (even with the right dosage) or it can have positive results if done correctly

(remembering, healthy pancreas and normal insulin resistance)

and even a low dosage can fuck up my pancreas and insulin sensitivity or a dosage like 2-3IU is fine?

yes taking straight insulin will give you mostly muscle mass in a short time since its anabolic
but how many carbs this depends a lot if you become a mogger or die
