I got some insulin and I’m natty right now. I don’t know if I should pin insulin because I don’t want to increase fat in my body.

Can someone help me understand the benefits and the cons?

hell yeah run some lantus, if you are pushing a basil insulin tho you need to eat big and dose high (obviously take this with a grain of salt and dont get fat) but using low dose lantus essentially is pointless.

Is it possible to make it to 75kg with not gaining fat?
Yeah, it makes workouts mogger, ideslly combine with hgh and anabolics

so main result will be bone mass gaining, muscle mass gaining and stay with the almost same fat mass. Am I right?

What is humalog? Sorry for not knowing
insulin lispro extremely fast acting but super easy to go hypo on if you dont know what you are doing, lantus is a basil insulin meaning its just there in the background and i have never seen someone go hypo on lantus tbh

probably get leaner if you use humalog, having lantus in the background 24/7 could prevent lipolysis significantly

20 IU lantus and 600g carbs straight to the dome son!

? I’m not even joking thats literally what i run

600g carbs is only 2400 calories on the day and the rest is protein (you dont want to eat high fat when using slin)

And 20IU is not even a crazy dose of lantus if ur even somewhat big

How much IU do I need take daily
for lantus start at 20 work up as high as your diet allows. structure the insulin into fitting your diet not the other way around that is how you avoid getting fat. also if you wanna run humalog you def need a blood glucose moniter

im a complete beginner in insulin typa shi, but if i get it right insulin makes you big bcs nutrient get absorpted really efficient by cells?? And so do you take insulin after meals? Sry if i look dumb havent done any research

do your research before using any compound, but yes it rapidly absorbs carbs and stores them. the reason people use it most around workouts is to minimize fat storage with it.

I’m working out and eat clean, lantus will help me?

Preferred to start with 5 and see how my body will react instead of jump to 10-15 and get crushed. Right now I’m ok
5iu is below your basil metabolic insulin production if anything your reducing progress

So my plan is to UP my dose little by little.
Like 5IU>5.5IU>6IU till 12.5IU then reset back like 12.5>12>11.5
how are you doing half units on a pen? try 10 tomorrow i promise youll be fine, humalog is the only insulin that is dangerous when not monitered

Yea my bad forgot there’s no half, got the concept let’s circle it to 13 for the protocol.

Also yes you’re right. I’m really tired so my brain doesn’t think logically
