insurance pay in foreign coutries?

does anyone have an idea if public health insurance pays for surgeries outside of the country you are located in (germany in my case)? as i may be able to just get bimax here for actual breathing purposes but i still want great aesthetic results which i was planning on going to turkey for, does anyone happen to know?

yeah i havent really done much research into any german surgeons, i was recently told that giant has worked with Dr. Erol Cansiz(which i was planning on getting my surgery with in the first place) so i wouldnt see any reason to have it done in germany

The only reason people go to turkey is because its cheap. no one in their right mind goes to turkey when they can have it done in germany for free
