If a deepfaker removes a midget's face and head in a pornographic video and substitutes it with a child's, what do we call that exactly? No child has been harmed. Yet, the video appears to be a child.

It was that thread showing a black guy screwing his air mattress when a child, presumably his sibling walked in on him, and the mother, presumably, followed behind. She then began smacking him with something.

Anyway, you suggested that was a child screwing his bed. Yet the suspect's face was too dark to make clear. But because of the adult body and body hair, it was obviously an adult. If you remember, I confronted that dispute. Yet your mind, for some odd and strange reason, was stuck on that being a child. So that inspired this thread.

Years ago on Lookism MRZ aka fuckgolbettz (the resident pedo) frequently asserted that AI generated porn of non existent children, when it became technologically possible to do so, would be legal. I am not 100% certain that is the correct interpretation of the law, but I believe it to be the correct interpretation of the law. So, if the head was an AI generation of a child, then it would be legal, if the head was a photoshop of a real child's head it would be illegal pedophilia material. It is also possible new laws could be written to make AI gnerated child porn illegal, maybe, possible could be a 1st amendment issue

That's going to be the next controversy. Right now, it's angry celebrities and talentless Twitchers whining and crying about being inserted into roles they never performed. So ofc, knowing how disturbing those Japanese perverts are, it will probably be them to engage deepfake porn involving adolescent heads. So actual real people's heads. But the body would be an adult. But still, even if realistic animation of a head/face, should be of the same disturbance. I believe, those sex doll creators have already introduced those projects and I haven't heard anything through mainstream media so either, no one gives a shit, or they approve of this.
