The best available estimates suggest that those ancestors obtained about 35% of their dietary energy from fats, 35% from carbohydrates and 30% from protein. Saturated fats contributed approximately 7.5% total energy and harmful trans-fatty acids contributed negligible amounts. Polyunsaturated fat intake was high, with n-6:n-3 approaching 2:1 (v. 10:1 today). Cholesterol consumption was substantial, perhaps 480 mg/d. Carbohydrate came from uncultivated fruits and vegetables, approximately 50% energy intake as compared with the present level of 16% energy intake for Americans. High fruit and vegetable intake and minimal grain and dairy consumption made ancestral diets base-yielding, unlike today's acid-producing pattern. Honey comprised 2-3% energy intake as compared with the 15% added sugars contribute currently. Fibre consumption was high, perhaps 100 g/d, but phytate content was minimal. Vitamin, mineral and (probably) phytochemical intake was typically 1.5 to eight times that of today except for that of Na, generally <1000 mg/d, i.e. much less than that of K

So TLDR eat a high amount of fruits and vegetables, a lot of starchy vegetables rich in fibre, omega 3 rich foods (fatty fish) and polyunsaturated fats

Just focusing on protein and fiber has done more for me than of the other autistic shit diet bros cling to

High fibre diets are the way to go, too many people cope around it but it’s also quite beneficial to gut health.

Humans never gobbled anything down all day.
We’d eat 1-2 times a day maximum, we don’t need to be eating non stop like herbivores.
I don’t think we need Jewish flawed studies for guys who are thriving eating their natural diet to completely reverse their progress.
Zero sickness, lean year round, no bloating, haven’t farted in months, glowing face with extremely rich in collagen skin etc.

any diet that's not linked to anthropology is pure scam. if you want legit diet advice just read weston price.

also labeling diets to a particular names just makes ppl feel they are accomplising something significant whereas they are just eating good food.

if you want simple but followable diet just do below

eat infrequently as possible once or twice a day. make sure to his your protein goal of 0.75x 1x per pound of bw.if you can try to include some organ meats, starting with liver and then heart. you don't even need to eat a lot. couple hundred grams is enough. eat and cook in plenty of saturated fats.if you are going to eat carbs eat them at the right time and right types. eat carbs periworkout OR/AND at evening time. try to stick to fruits or honey as much as possible.

if you do eat like this %90 percent of time your gonna be fine. don't be afraid to eat some pizza or snacks, don't be a weirdo asking if they cook in seed oils at the restaurants you go. eat your momma's food when you visit. it's ok. you'll die one day anyway. provided you eat like this you are basically eating better than %99 percent of population anyway. don't be a dick.

My son will be slonking gallons upon gallons of milk and eating steaks daily.

High red meat, high milk and dairy and high physical activity during childhood is guaranteed to create a physically strong child, and probably a reasonably tall one as well.

What are the benefits of high fiber?
Lowers insulin, beneficial to gut micro biome, reduces cardiovascular disease risk and lowers estrogen

of course it varies, but the patterns tends to be the same. The amont of time u are fasting, the amount of time u are eating animals, the amount of time ur eating greens, the amount of times u are eating fruits. Those are basically everywhere. And the "Were hard to eat so they were genetically enginered to be better", makes me fucking hungry. Why something being hard to chew is BAD?? do u have teeth for what? because of this type of thinking our faces are narrowing.

no shit tec is not primal. Everyone knows that. But people who tried to live in a natural way without didnt propague the idea, so some who use it are important. Of course you need to buy in the supermarket because u ARE obligated too, its so insane holy shit what a retarded. Can he think that the kid is brought in this world in a environment he didnt choose? the same thing with doctors, you need to go to the hospital because its how this shit society structured things. In old tribals there will be a doctor who would be always present and would help everyone with oils and plants for... free.
