I've read that IGF-1 is more important than HGH when heightmaxxing.
Recently I saw a study that says intermittent fasting significantly decreases IGF-1 but increases HGH.
I fasted for 16-17 hours a day for last couple of months and I don't know if I should continue it if my main focus right now is growing taller.
Opinions?
