I think over time I have become slightly insulin resistant? So I do intermittent fasting. For me that means on 3 days of the week I only eat about 1,000 K and I delay my breakfast somewhat (I usually get up at 11 AM) So I eat around 3 or 4 PM. Then on the other days I exercise and eat 2,000 k. It seems to be working . I got rid of a lot of excess water weight and I lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks. I feel like I reset my appetite. There is an obesity switch in the brain which makes people think they are eating a lot less than they are. This will repair all that. Wished I had tried this sooner.
