I am 30 years old and have a class II skeletal malocclusion and I am looking for any non-surgical method to improve my situation.
Looking for evidence of the effectiveness of thumbpulling for adults, I came across this technique that I had never heard of, but which promises great results.
What do you think?

Zoomers will not be adults for a moment, we merely transform into seniors without experiencing adulthood, similar to how the baby boomers did. In summary: Zoomers are the Nu Boomers.

What is the point of this answer? If you have nothing to add, you may not even write.
Softmaxxing bones at 30 years old is 15 years too late, only thing to softmax at your age is skin, eyebrows and eyes very little. Considering you are an adult you can probably afford a few surgeries
