Basically i have a very mild underbite and mild misalignment which should be fixable by invisalign

Current bite looks exactly like that, top and bottom teeth alligned directly on top of each other. Ideal would be this. Heardsome ppl sayy braces and shit can make you recessed. Is invisalign safe as long as i dont do extractions and elastics?
