Hello, I'm 16 I need advice and an honest assessment of my profile and midface. I have crooked teeth and you can see more on these pictures. Is my maxilla recessed?
I just had a consultation my ortho gave me the basic measurements I don't remember all of them, but I think it was U1-NA. She said something about it being 15.44° and it should be around 22°. My upper teeth are retroclined.
She mentioned surgery at first when talking about this u1--na I think, but in the end she recommended Invisalign for 3 years. She said it will expand my palate and move those teeth forward she also wants to remove my wisdom teeth she want to remove them after invisalign not before or just later idk since they head into my other teeth as u can see on the picture. Should i go with it and would it improve my profile, are my teeth locking my mandible in a retruded position? Class II Div 2??
