Havent worn my invisalign after braces for a long while and i have noticed that my lower teeth are a little crowded, did i just narrow my lower jaw? Lol

lmao, yeah, that’s what happens when you don't wear your aligners. your teeth aren't just gonna stay perfect on their own, especially if you've had braces and then dipped on wearing your retainers. that "crowding" you’re seeing is likely your teeth shifting back into their old positions. you didn't just "narrow" your lower jaw—you're letting your teeth relapse into the chaos they were in before. stop acting like you can just ignore orthodontic treatment and expect perfect results. put the aligners back in or get ready for a major setback.

Been maintaining post-brace teeth by using the nightly retainers only twice per week, but this is only after I did every night for 2 years post-braces, I wouldn't switch from every night to twice per week till youve followed protocol religiously for 2 years post-braces.
