inwards sloping teeth (upper central incisors)

I'm class 2 and my upper central incisors slope inwards, does this mean my maxilla is recessed too? my mandible and chin is definitely recessed but I have some consultations after my xray next week. I found this post on reddit saying slightly inwards is ideal, this is bullshit right

Mandible deficiency or maxilla excess causes it imo
