I think for the most part IOI's prob don't matter.

But there are some IOI's that aren't the same ones you would typically get. Multiple stares from the same person with a positive emotion.

I think naturally if you are in the "youthful" era you will get stared at for 1 second whenever passing by people. As most are not in that same stage as you in public.
