Ive heard that to fix a close set ipd the only way is a pallat expander or to achive more forward growth but how would i get a pallat expander if i Already is using braces and i would guess the only way to get one is by asking your dentist?

Idk but multipel diffrent pepole have Said it and idk Mabye it also means when i get forward growth i get wider face which helps or sum
