IPD of 71 mm. Is that bad ?

No unless you have a small face/skull

Everyone says my eyes are ugly/weird/too wide apart. Especially on Omegle and IRL
 
Its pretty ideal for a hammer head shark

Measure your ES ratio, it's all relative.
 
I dont know how to measure precisly but my es ratio is 0,54-51 ish

I have an IPD 69/70mm, pretty much the same as you

People used to make comments about my eyes (call hammerhead shark, fish, etc) pratically everyday but now it’s very rare for someone to talk about my wide set eyes

I think it’s because my head got wider (ESR) my midface got longer (Midface ratio) and my Medial canthus got a little longer)

I don’t know how old you are, but what I’m saying is that as your face ages your eyes kinda get “closer set”, ur IPD will never be smaller but your eyes will look closer set
 
It depends if other features balance it out. I have 70 mm ipd but it doesn't look weird because I have 15cm bizygo and 35mm pfl etc

Is there a noticable difference between 70mm and 71mm I have small skull with 70mm ipd but never had comments on my eye spacing
