Hi, I got 71 mm ipd but es ratio is 0.45 ( varies between 0.44 - 0.47 ) depending on pic. Mid-face ratio around 1.1

Should I get a modified obo and decrease ipd

Yea the compact one. 1.02 in selfie and 1.07 far

Both. And there are actually surgeons in US doing obo plus a whole more in non western ones
