ipd vs es ratio

My ipd is 0.468 but my eyes are wide set (more than one eye apart) not by a lot though (20-25% more than one eye). The question I'm asking is should I look at the ES ratio or the IPD?

I am white and 5'11-6' but thats not important for this question
