Iq test results

I took the physcometrics hub iq test in the meant for adults (I’m 14) and scored in the top 5 percentile which should be about a 125iq. Seems like the only good iq test backed by scientists especially since all the other ones put me at an iq of 140+. Idk if this is a trusted test though. Any opinions?
