I have been seeing so many stupid threads saying "how do I ascend fast" or "what to improve on" Like do your own research and use your own mind to find what's wrong with your face, Acting like the forum is some place where lazy bums can get every answer without doing any work themselves. They always be talking about something along the lines of raw diet or mk677 for bone growth. god damn how fuck stupid can you be. Unless if they are asking actually good questions they should be banned.

Nothing wrong with asking retarded questions (at least as a grey), it's like expecting a 5 year old to have an engaging conversation with a nuclear physicist. They're far out of their plane.

Most guys just need to commit to a solid diet (Ray Peat) and do some sort of physical work. Most of this community is formed under hyper-analysis and pessimism, fuck 'et.
