Great habits especially the fluoride free toothpaste can you tell me the brand tho im having trouble finding one.BTW perhaps more impactful than the fluoride in your toothpaste u should try finding natural body wash shampoo conditioner etc look for no phtalates sulfates or parabens as they are all endocrine disruptors, also avoid anti perspirants as they have aluminum(a very powerful neurotxin).

I'm one step ahead of you with the whole body products thingy. I use goats milk body soap. I don't use deodorant rn and when I spray fragrance I spray it on my clothes so it doesn't absorb into my skin.

I live in the UK so I use euthymol toothpaste from boots

If you're from the US then I think there's one on Amazon called boka or some shit

Yeah im not US based im in portugal but i did find some on Amazon .
BTW altough not great some regular deodorants arent actually that bad and i use them to workout and shit like that the aluminum is only added to seal your ducts, which is obviously a terrible idea, but thats only present in anti perspirant mostly u can find plenty of decent deodorants which do help mask the odor without terrible ingredients.
