After working in a club full of young foids where I was spotting ideal looking foids at every turn despite my standards for what constitutes a high appeal face continually increasing to extreme levels of rarity over time, this just goes to show that the genetic quality of Irish foids is higher than I've been giving them credit for.
The two places I can compare them to that I've spent enough time there in recent years are Poland and Belgium and Irish foids mog Polish and Belgian ones into the dirt.
Belgian foids looks is actually on a similar distribution as men's whereby you see nothing but plain LTB/MTB for days then randomly see a Stacey-Staceylite / prime JB every once in a blue moon.

Polish foids only have one attractive archetype which is the anteface milf/sex worker pheno and nearly every Polish foid with that pheno has left Poland for western Europe. All that remains are chinless, soulless looking flat maxilla goons who are lacking in vitality.
Dutch foids are decent but they're too big for peak feminine appeal thus Irish foids fog in that regard
The looks level of uni foids on nights out in England is blatantly lower than in Ireland in my experience
The only avenue where English foids are on par or may have the upper hand is for low class chubster slags who go out clubbing on Saturday night in dresses and have round head, compact face phenos but half of them are likely single mothers and trying to communicate with them is fucking torture
So far the only true competition I see is from Nordic foids, I haven't been to Germany but I've encountered a decent amount of appealing German foids
Irish lads also produce a solid volume of moggers
There were more than a few HTNs and Chadlites out on that busy night I worked full of youngcels
