As someone who spends a lot of time with friends and going out Irl , I can confirm its all completely true and even worse than you probably think. It's just as bad as people say on here and in those stupid podcasts. Literally, most men are desperate incels in a dead end jobs, everything is a hyper-competitive 0 sum game and mental illness and antisocial behavior is just rampant. It doesn't matter if its bars and clubs, online or even social circle. Its all the same bullshit.

Outside of the west its still hard and unfair for men but at the least people do not add insult to your injury. You get some respect and honest empathy. At this point all we can do is just try to stay out of the way and wait until everything just blows over. The good news is that things should probably start changing in a decade.

I went out last weekend and did about 15 approaches with my gymcelled HTN friend and barely any girls was interested.

Some girls entertained a conversation with us and some looked visibly irritated that we approached them. My friend got 2 numbers out of the 15 (the ugliest ones too).
